I work with people and businesses to create new ideas, to transform, grow and face the future with resilience and sustainability.
Coaching is a powerful, future & solutions focused development and learning tool for individuals, leaders or managers in any organisation or type of business. My coaching sessions are skilled and targeted conversations that challenge and support people to help themselves, and or their business, to excel and to think differently.
Many organisations may find a time when they need an interim executive to provide tailored support, working alongside an existing management team and board to support their organisation through a time of change, planning or absence.
Karen is a talented Coach and working with her has been a very positive and rewarding experience. She gave me the time and space to explore my goals and identify my strengths. I found Karen’s warmth and honest approach was always motivating and empowering. She was a great support in helping me move forward with my career aspirations and in achieving my first Board position. I would highly recommend Karen if you are looking for career coaching.
Karen is a real inspiration to work with and thoroughly generous in her approach – together we’ve created a strategy map for my growing business, helping me shape my vision and key objectives going forward, identifying ‘5 bold steps’ to get there! Over two short workshops I’ve been able to make huge progress with Karen’s guiding hand. If you’re looking for a coach and business advisor that creates a warm, open setting to let the sparks fly, then Karen is the one for you!
Karen worked with us at Pinkston over a number of months to support through a period of change and development, including the formulation of a new and ambitious business plan. Her strategic input, support with policy development, role definition, and governance training has really helped to strengthen us as an organization.
Wow! What an amazing few hours spent with Karen and fellow board members of Dress for Success Scotland last night. A start on a proper strategy for the organisation is probably the best thing that this group will have done in recent times. A real feeling of working together and ‘we can do this’ after the time spent digging a little deeper into who we are and where we’re going! Thank you Karen for helping us focus! Until the next time! 10/10
I have had a fantastic coach Karen Moore through InTouch Network and the timing and content was just perfect. Recognising my experience and capabilities early on, Karen adapted our sessions to be focused on practical know-how guidance, so I could quickly reshape and polish my profile & approach – just as I had re-started to seriously focus on non-exec portfolio. Result – My first Board of Trustee appointment, for an education trust in Manchester and coaching by Karen played a key role in this – from identifying the right roles for me to interview prep and thereafter! Thank you Karen!
I was looking to rethink my business strategy and had the privilege of working with Karen. She was able to expertly guide me to think through what was most important and to put a workable plan in place. Karen is a great listener and offers a range of insights that were invaluable. If you are looking at developing your business strategy I would thoroughly recommend Karen.
